Our new Home :)

Here is our new home! We live on the bottom right there...that is our little table that we eat at everyday. Michele lives up top, and we are welcome to use that area up there which has a deck, grill, and hottub. She is really pretty sweet.sitting at the table eating a yummy orange :)

I forgot what these trees are called, but they are really cool. They have red bark and look very whimsical. I don't know if you can tell how red they are...you might have to click on the picture to enlarge it.

Our view of the Valley! This is from the first floor, the second floor is that much better ;)

Some mornings the clouds will be hovering over the valley and it looks so cool from where we are....looking down on the clouds! It has been a lot of fun living in such a serene area where you have to drive 45 minutes to get to a walmart. It is very opposite of where we lived in Boston, right in the middle of the city. I think we are probably enjoying nature that much more because of the dramatic switch. It takes about 10 minutes to drive up to our place from the bottom of the mountain, and St. Helena (the cutest little town ever) is only about a 2 minute drive from the road at the bottom. It reminds me a bit of when we lived in Branderwood when we were little and going into town was a fun event & you don't make careless trips in and out...because you really have to weigh out is it really worth it for just one thing??
