As for me, Elizabeth left this morning. Her passport came at 2 am & then she had to g
et up at 5 (my normal wake up time!) with me this morning and go catch her flight! So needless to say we were both a li
ttle tired this morning. But, school has been going really great so far & the class that I am in now is called Garde Manger. It is basically everything that is prepared cold in the kitchen. So we have done a lot of dressings, sauces and even made beef jerky (which was soo good) and pickles & duck con fit. Today we made homemadecheeses! It was very interesting. We made mozzarella, ricotta, mascarpone, and lemon cheese. And then we did a cheese tasting of probably 20 different kinds. It was a very fun day!
