We made Sushi in class and it was so much fun! It all turned out really well & tasted even better! The part that is a bit tricky is making the rice just sticky enough, but not too starchy. So it took about 1 1/2 -2 hours to make the rice. But once we were through with that we were "on a roll"!! I will definitely have to try this one again very soon!
